What is your refund policy?
MyContractorFight: first communication not sent within 48 hours = full refund. ContractorAccountable: complaints not filed within 48 hours = full refund. MyDisputeAdvisor: sessions non-refundable once started; monthly cancels anytime. All requests to help@resolvepartners.ai.
Can I use more than one service?
Yes. Many homeowners start with MyDisputeAdvisor for a plan, use MyContractorFight for direct pressure, then escalate to ContractorAccountable. Each works independently or as a progression.
Do you contact my contractor?
Only with MyContractorFight (communications you approve) or ContractorAccountable (formal complaints + certified notification). MyDisputeAdvisor is guidance only and never contacts anyone.
Will this guarantee I get my money back?
No. We guarantee delivery of our services within stated timeframes. Surety bond claims through ContractorAccountable are the most direct financial recovery path without an attorney, but outcomes depend on your contractor's licensing and bonding status.
What states do you operate in?
All 50 U.S. states. MyDisputeAdvisor provides state-specific guidance. ContractorAccountable files with your state's specific licensing board, AG, and applicable agencies.
How is this different from hiring a lawyer?
